Background and Credentials

Dr. Skeena Haider DDS grew up in upstate New York and obtained her bachelor’s degree in software engineering from the school of computer science at McGill University in 2005 in Montreal, Canada. In 2009 she graduated from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine on Long Island. She completed a general practice residency in 2010 at St. Lukes Hospital.

She is an active member of a number of organizations consisting of dentists who keep current with the latest trends and techniques in dentistry. Her passion is pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and smile enhancements/full smile makeovers.

She has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education on advanced dental studies in the areas of oral surgery, implant dentistry, complex rehabilitation, esthetics, orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, operative dentistry, prosthetics, and practice management.

She moved to Texas in 2013 with her husband and daughters and added a baby boy to their family in 2017. Shortly after moving to texas she started working Oak Cliff Dental Care when it was still under original ownership of Dr. David Hagemen. She worked under his mentorship until opening her first practice in Allen, TX. After 49 years of faithfully taking care of multiple generations of patients, Dr. Hagemen asked her to take over his practice when he was ready to retire. She is honored to continue his legacy of providing high quality oral care to his patients.
